August 11. Free the political prisoners!

What is going on in the Russian Federation requires the intervention of the world community.  Gross neglect of the norms in the field of observance of human rights and freedoms, complete impunity of the authorities have become the main model of behavior and the reason for the direction of thousand complaints to the ECHR and other human rights organizations.

 The Constitution of the Russian Federation, as the main law of the state, provides for the replacement of power.  Persons forcibly holding power, as well as not allowing other citizens for elections with force, are criminals.

 At peaceful rallies on 27/07 and 03/08 the authorities have clearly demonstrated that in Russia one can grab anyone in the street for no reason, beat, accuse him of any article and impose a fine of any size, instead of holding an open democratic dialogue.  The authorities are not afraid of the consequences for their illegal actions, violating international conventions, subjecting beaten and torture detainees.

 The illusion of legality is over!  The era of total lawlessness has begun.

 We demand the resignation of Putin and the Government, the re-election to the State Duma and the dissolution of the Federation Council, as well as the investigation of all the crimes committed by this government! We demand the release of all the detainees and prisoners for political reasons!

Происходящее в РФ требует вмешательства мировой общественности. Грубейшее пренебрежение нормами  в области соблюдения прав и свобод человека, полная безнаказанность власти стали основной моделью поведения и причиной направления тысяч жалоб  в ЕСПЧ и другие правозащитные организации. 

Конституцией РФ, как основным законом государства, предусмотрено сменяемость власти. Лица насильственно удерживающие власть, равно как и не допускающие с применением силы других граждан к выборам – являются преступниками.

На мирных митингах 27/07 и 03/08 власть наглядно продемонстрировала, что в России можно любого схватить на улице, без причины, избить, обвинить в любой статье и назначить любого размера штраф, вместо проведения открытого демократического диалога. Власть не боится последствий за свои противоправные действия, нарушая международные конвенции, подвергая избиениям и пыткам задержанных.   

Иллюзия законности кончилась! Началась эпоха тотального беспредела.

Мы требуем отставки Путина и Правительства, перевыборы в Госдуму и роспуск Совета Федерации, а также расследование всех преступлений, совершённых данной властью!Мы требуем освободить всех задержанных и заключённых по политическим мотивам!
